Prep Choir is the Colorado Children's Chorale's youngest Performance Program training choir. Under the direction of conductor Libby Cotten* (pictured above), Prep Choir members rehearse once a week on either Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays at a Chorale rehearsal site. This 2022-23 season, Prep Choir members range from 7 to 10 years old, and represent 46 different schools across the Denver metro area.

This season's repertoire highlights include:

• "The Ghost Ship" by Don Besig and Nancy Price
• "Fly!" by Tracy Wong, lyrics by Bihzhu
• "Alma Caribe" by Juan Tony Guzman

Ms. Cotten is excited for Prep Choir to perform the above pieces (and more) at the Chorale's Time to Shine concert on April 22, and Performing Small Miracles concert on May 13.

*Ms. Cotten is a proud alum of the Chorale.
