WE ARE CONCERT CHOIR.
Concert Choir is one of the Colorado Children's Chorale's performing choirs. Under the direction of conductor Vicki Bailey (pictured above), Concert Choir members rehearse once a week on either Tuesdays or Thursdays at a Chorale rehearsal site. This 2022-23 season, Concert Choir members range from 10 to 14 years old, and represent 54 different schools across the Denver metro area.
This season's repertoire highlights include:
- "I Sing Because I'm Happy," Rollo Dilworth
- "I'm On My Way," Anthony Trecek-King
- "Lunar Lullaby," Jacob Narverud
Ms. Bailey is excited for Concert Choir to perform the above pieces (and more) at the Chorale's So Many Voices concert on March 5, the Time to Shine concert on April 22, and the Spring Fling Sing! concert on May 14.
Strikes for Song is the Colorado Children's Chorale's annual family fundraiser culminating in a day of fun, memories, and bowling at Arapahoe Bowling Center. With your donation, you can help us continue to provide top-tier choral performance training and opportunities for children in the Denver metro area.
